Online purchases are accepted for credit or exchange only if returned item is in saleable condition within 30 days after the delivery date. Returned items must include the original sale receipt, diamond certificate if applicable, complimentary gift items, and original box.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Please make sure to securely package and fully insure any returns along with the original sale receipt. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items in transit.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or alteration, or that have been resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
